Her impressive career has taken her through various educational settings, including public, private, and charter schools, where she has spent over six years as a teacher.
As a devoted wife and mother of four, LaTonya’s commitment to education is deeply personal. Her academic background in early childhood education and psychology has provided a strong foundation for her professional endeavors. Throughout her career, she has held numerous esteemed positions within the early childhood education (ECE) field, showcasing her expertise and passion for positively impacting young minds.
LaTonya’s leadership experience includes serving as the Principal of a local private school and Director/Executive Director of several prestigious childcare centers. In these roles, she successfully managed day-to-day operations, overseeing responsibilities such as parent communication, financial budgeting, staff management, student profiles, enrollment strategies, and retention efforts.
