LaTonya holds a degree in Early Childhood Education/Psychology, a testament to her academic foundation. Over the years, she has held numerous esteemed positions in Early Childhood Education (ECE), showcasing her expertise and dedication.
Her professional journey includes a tenure as the Principal of a local private school and roles as Director/Executive Director of several prestigious childcare centers. In these capacities, LaTonya has adeptly overseen the day-to-day operations, shouldering responsibilities encompassing parent communication, financial budgeting, staff management, student profiles, enrollment strategies, and retention efforts.
